These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the qt999 platform and all associated services, products, and content. By accessing the qt999 website, opening an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. 2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

4 Deposit Rules
All financial transactions on qt999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are accepted:

- Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank)
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. Deposits are generally reflected in the account within a few minutes. qt999 ensures that every deposit is secured through SSL encryption.
5 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Once a withdrawal request is successfully processed, it generally reaches your designated payment account within 5–30 minutes.
The following conditions apply for withdrawals:
- Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for any active bonus has been met.
- The withdrawal method must generally match the deposit method.

6 Currency & Conversion
All transactions on the qt999 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For transactions in other currencies, conversion at the prevailing exchange rate may apply, and any associated charges are the responsibility of the user. qt999 is not liable for any losses resulting from currency exchange.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
7 Welcome Bonus
New members on qt999 can receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus — bringing your total balance to ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳12,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — bringing your total balance to ৳20,000.
The following conditions must be met to claim the welcome bonus:
- The account must be fully verified at the time of claiming the bonus.
- Wagering requirement: you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
- Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
8 General Promotion Policy
qt999 regularly offers various promotions and offers. Each promotion has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the promotions page. The following general rules apply to all promotions:
- The bonus or reward associated with a specific promotion cannot be withdrawn until the conditions of that promotion have been met.
- Misuse of promotions, use of multiple accounts, or attempts to gain benefits through dishonest means may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
- qt999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
- Users sharing the same IP address, device, or household cannot benefit from the same promotion more than once.
Gaming Conduct & Prohibited Activities
9 Fair Play Policy
qt999 is committed to maintaining a fair play environment. All games on the platform are operated using neutral and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No user may engage in the following activities:
- Operating games using software bots, automated betting systems, or artificial intelligence.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using qt999 for money laundering or to clean illegally obtained funds.
If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately, all funds may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.
10 Technical Errors & Dispute Resolution
qt999 is not responsible for transactions or game results affected by technical issues, server errors, or network disruptions. If a system error exists and a win is obtained by exploiting that error, the win will be considered void.
In the event of a dispute:

- The support team will review the matter and communicate their decision.
- For all disputes, qt999's system logs will be considered the final evidence.
11 Account Suspension & Closure
qt999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
- Providing false or incorrect information.
- Age limit violation.
- Instructions from a regulatory or legal authority.
If an account is closed, any eligible balance will be returned; however, any bonuses or funds earned from bonuses may be forfeited. Users may also voluntarily close their account by contacting the support team.

If any clause of these Terms is declared unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in force. Where these Terms are available in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
